Newport Restaurant Week Specials + Taste of Newport

In case you haven’t been following the news, last weekend kicked off Newport & Bristol Restaurant Week with three-course prix fixe meals at exceptional values. Established by Discover Newport, over 50 restaurants are participating in these 10 days of feasting, with lunches at $16 and dinners at $35 (beverages, gratuities, and taxes are not included). Our restaurants here on Bowen’s Wharf have created some amazing menus. 22 Bowen’s Wine Bar & Grille, is a world-class steak house and is serving lunch and dinner during Restaurant Week. Diego’s offers a fresh take on West Coast Mexican cuisine and is also serving lunch and dinner during Restaurant Week. Fluke Wine Bar & Kitchen is open for dinner during Restaurant Week and you’ll find fresh, local, and seasonal cuisine. The Wharf Pub, a not so classic take on New Engl and comfort food, is also serving lunch and dinner during Restaurant Week and offers an extensive beer list as well.

Newport & Bristol Restaurant Week extends over two weekends and ends on November 16^th, 2014 with Child & Family’s 31^st Annual Taste of Newport. Fluke Wine Bar & Kitchen and the Cookie Jar will be participating from Bowen’s Wharf. This year’s event will be returning to its roots at the Hotel Viking and boasts a redesign which allows guests to choose from two different distinct dining experiences, The Taste Experience, and the Dining Experience.
