VENDOR INQUIRY FORM FOR THE 2026 NEWPORT OYSTER & CHOWDER FESTIVAL ON MAY 16 & 17

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee participation in the festival. An event coordinator will be in touch with you to gather any outstanding information and confirm participation. All necessary paperwork and payment in full are required to be submitted to Bowen’s Wharf Co. by Friday, May 1, 2026.

Do You Need:

Parking?
Electricity?
Extension cords will not be provided. Please bring at minimum 12/3 gauge indoor/outdoor 25-foot cords.
Tables?
One 8’ table will be provided for food vendors, otherwise please bring your own. Please note that linens will not be provided
Will You Be Using Propane?
Please note that per Newport Fire Code, no open flames are allowed under the festival tents (open air cooking space is limited) and you must bring your own propane tank (20lb max).

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE HEREIN. BOOTH SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. BOWEN’S WHARF CO. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN BOOTH LOCATIONS BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
