Seafood Festival Vendor Registration

Please complete this contract for the BOWEN’S WHARF SEAFOOD FESTIVAL and send it with your check by Friday, September 27, 2019. Your Certificate of Insurance can be emailed to and must be received no later than Friday, September 27, 2019. Please make your check payable to BOWEN’S WHARF CO., INC. and mail to P. O. Box 60, Newport, RI 02840.

$20 Waste Management fee applied for recycling and waste removal per booth

Do You Need:

Bring your own Extension cord.
(max 2 total per booth)

Documents Needed:

Naming Bowen's Wharf as additional insured for October 19-20, 2019.
if you do not have we will issue you a temporary one for $10
High resolution JPEG or EPS/Vector file of your business logo so that we may create signage for your booth (if different from 2018, or new exhibitor)
