VENDOR INQUIRY FORM FOR THE 2026 BOWEN’S WHARF SEAFOOD FESTIVAL ON OCTOBER 17 & 18

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee participation in the festival. An event coordinator will be in touch with you to gather any outstanding information and confirm participation. All necessary paperwork and payment in full are required to be submitted to Bowen’s Wharf Co. by Friday, October 2, 2026.

Tables?
One table will be provided for food vendors, otherwise please bring your own. Please note that linens will not be provided.
Parking?
Electricity
Extension cords will not be provided. Please bring at minimum 12/3 gauge indoor/outdoor 25-foot cords. All food trucks must have a generator.
