Moët Presents: Newport Oyster Festival Opening Night Party to Benefit the Ocean State Aquaculture Association, The Nature Conservancy & SSV Oliver Hazard Perry. A night of Oysters & Champagne on the Waterfront. Mingle with a small group of growers under market lights and festival tents. Be greeted with your own Moët Mini, sip the iconic champagne while you savor locally grown, farm fresh Rhode Island oysters: they’re delicious, nutritious and good for the environment! Catered by local restaurateurs Scott & Adrienne Kirmil.
Tickets are $125 and limited to 200 people. All-you-can-enjoy, freshly shucked oysters. Open Bar & a specialty Ardbeg Seafood Bar. Guests will be served signature Oyster Festival drinks while mingling with the dedicated and endlessly entertaining Oyster growers — a true ocean-to-table experience as well as a celebration of the Rhode Island Oyster Trail (RIOT). Meet the awesome growers who will be shucking oysters all evening: 401 Oyster Co., Aquidneck Oyster Co., Cedar Island Oyster Co, East Beach Farm, Jonathan Island Oyster Co, Salt Pond Oyster Co, Block Island’s Sun Farm Oysters, and Walrus & Carpenter Oysters.
