Oyster Festival Vendor Registration

Please complete this application for the NEWPORT OYSTER FESTIVAL and send it with your check by Wednesday, March 20, 2019 together with the other required items listed below. Your current Certificate of Insurance and your RI Permit to Make Sales can also be emailed to chelley@bowenswharf.com . Please make your check payable to BOWEN’S WHARF CO., INC. and mail to P. O. Box 60, Newport, RI 02840. (call to pay with CC).

Booth space is limited to the tents east of the anchor this year, with a cap of 10 growers, 6 food vendors under the tent.

High resolution JPEG or EPS/Vector file of your business logo so that we may create signage for your booth (if different from 2017, or new exhibitor)
