Bowen’s Wharf and Newport waterfront restaurants are known for their fresh and local flavor. Wonder where the fresh, local seafood comes from? The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Division of Agriculture manages the Rhode Island Seafood website, and besides being a presence at our Seafood Festival they also work closely with many local restaurants, such as our own Fluke Wine, Bar, & Kitchen.
